CNC Machines With 7 Axis – Cutting & Machining!

Almost no other machine has the ability to create customized parts and implements at the same standard as a CNC machine. Depending on the type of CNC machine, there could be anywhere from 4 to 9 different axis tool paths. Each axis of movement is implemented by moving the table (into which the workpiece is attached), or by moving the tool. And the actual configuration of axes varies, therefore machines with the same number of axes can differ in the movements that can be performed. A seven-axis machine can achieve those designs that are not possible with a two axis CNC machine. Watch the video below – demonstration of how a seven axis machine can machine large parts of metal into useful everyday items for industries that need precision and accuracy.
